Lift access here is good but society parking is tight — IVAT typically stages the truck at the main gate and shuttles in a 6-tyre tempo to the tower base. In New Gurgaon (Sectors 81–95) and the Dwarka Expressway sectors (102, 106, 108, 109, 113), the move dynamics flip again — many of these towers were occupied in the last 3–5 years, so families are first-time movers and many are shifting from a smaller rental into a larger purchased home. For the older Palam Vihar, Sector 14, Sector 23, MG Road belt — predominantly builder floors and low-rise — the constraints are reversed: no lift, narrow internal staircases, and tight U-turns at the landing.
