“Tapasvi and team underpromise and overdeliver. I used their service to move from Neemrana to Gurgaon based on a positive experience of my brother; and I liked their service so much that I re-booked them to shift another round within Gurgaon in the matter of 3 days. Geetam leads the operations, and is a smart manager and a reliable individual. First of all, they arrive at the promised time. They took extra caution while packing, especially since we had a lot of glass items - they assured us that it will reach safely which it did. Geetam even asked me to recheck at the end if anything is left to clear out, and also helped to re-arrange furniture. The team is well-behaved and polite, so kudos to their customer service & training. For the second time, I also got a bonus discount while moving material the second time. They are worth considering as compared to larger players - they are affordable as well as have better customer service. Bigger players at times don’t even have the courtesy to arrive in time, since you are a small ticket size for them. While operations-wise they were excellent, I did have a minor issue with coordination with paperwork with Tapasvi in HQ (as I’m very peculiar about paperwork being sorted), however you can ensure that you set that expectation straight up and follow up well. I am going to become a loyalist, and would definitely recommend everyone else as well.”
